On the train, & I am thoroughly disgusted how the homeless were left outside in 86 mph winds when simply, Olive Rec could've been opened up. Trees falling, ripped off signs, flattened cans blowing through the air while "all" alerts, from Burbank Fire & Media gave directives for housed persons only.

Shame on you! Why isn't there an emergency plan for the homeless? Why?

Get your humanitarian or lack of act together Burbank. Cold & heartless.
