Natural Remedies
Bacteria, virus, & fungal infections:
Coconut oil.
12-Carbon Lauric Acid [Coconut Oil]
Researchers have established that coconut oil is an effective anti-fungal. Studies indicate that coconut oil may be effective against Candida albicans, a type of fungus that is most commonly responsible for fungal infections.

Coconut oil is rife with lauric acid, which has antibacterial and antifungal activity that fights harmful bacteria. As a moisturizer, it may also help repair the skin's barrier, which is your body's first line of defense against infection.
So, smelly shoes & feet, armpit odor. It's from bacteria, use coconut oil!
Yeast or jock infection? Use coconut oil.
Skin healing needed? Use coconut oil.
Kopari Sheer Coconut Oil
Their main products have coconut. This is what I use. Nail fungus? This works. [Consult with your Doc first]

Peppermint oil
Peppermint oil is promoted for topical use (applied to the skin) for problems like headache, muscle aches, joint pain, and itching. In aromatherapy, peppermint oil is promoted for treating coughs and colds, reducing pain, improving mental function, and reducing stress.
Guess what? No one likes mint! Not bees, ants, flies, etc. I spray around me to keep bees away. Have to get more.

Hyaluronic acid [AHA]
Common brands: Euflexxa, Hyalgan, ORTHOVISC
Dietary supplement and Skin care
It can treat burns, bed sores, wounds, and skin ulcers when applied topically. It can also treat severe knee pain.
Also a popular ingredient in cosmetics. I use it for blisters & heat rashes due to bacteria & sodium overload.
What I use. And it works.

Rice water
When Mallory was a baby she once had diarrhea. Doc wanted to give her some bullshit Rx. I called her Madrina and she instructed me to use what her Abuela used:
Rice water is another fast, effective remedy for diarrhea. Boil 1 cup of rice and 2 cups of water for about 10 minutes, or until the water becomes cloudy.
Strain the rice and preserve the water for consumption. Rice water not only provides your body with fluid to prevent dehydration, it can also reduce the duration of diarrhea. Rice water has a binding effect in the digestive tract, resulting in firmer, bulkier stools.
Yep. Just a bit in her water bottle & it resolved the problem. Gracias Lucilla.

Red Pepper Flakes
Critters in your garden:
I kept a garden & noticed consistent little paw prints on my planter and digging in the soil. Turns out bagged soil has things that raccoons like. I hate chemicals & both my cats sat on the window sill with the window opened. I bought red pepper flakes & sprinkled them in the garden. No harm to my flowers or cats, but it kept the raccoons away.
