MDPHP is a synthetic stimulant that goes by the street name monkey dust*. It is a stimulant of the cathinone class** that is known to be dangerous and addictive. It was originally constructed in the 1960’s until someone pulled the old research into this drug and started manufacturing it. Usually, it is Chinese chemists that manufacture it and ship it to the US and European countries. Monkey Dust is similar to MDPV and is becoming popular in countries where MDPV is being banned.

Monkey Dust has effects that are similar to those of cocaine and methamphetamine (CNS Stimulants to our DRE [Ofc Caldwell 👏] and DAR trained readers). It can cause a euphoric high, increased energy, and a decreased appetite. Users may have dilated pupils that are slow to react to light, fast pulse, sweating with hyperactivity.

  • you have trouble breathing or talking.
  • your mouth, face, lips, tongue or throat start swelling
Gabapentin can produce feelings of relaxation, calmness and euphoria. Some users have reported that the high from snorted gabapentin can be similar to taking a stimulant. It can also enhance the euphoric effects of other drugs, like heroin and other opioids, and is likely to increase the risks when taken in this way.

Elimination: Gabapentin is eliminated from the systemic circulation by renal excretion as unchanged drug. Gabapentin is not appreciably metabolized in humans. Gabapentin elimination half-life is 5 to 7 hours and is unaltered by dose or following multiple dosing.

Are there any serious interactions with gabapentin and other medications? Serious breathing problems can happen if you take gabapentin with drugs that cause severe sleepiness or decreased awareness. Some examples include narcotic opioids, anti-anxiety medicines, antidepressants, and antihistamines.Jul 1, 2021

Narcan affective if Gaba was mixed with an Opioid

The primary difference in indicators for gabapentin was the presence of dilated pupils. Each case had at least one light condition with dilation outside the normal range, and all of the cases had values in the higher end of the range for all light conditions.
