Questions for the Police Pilots -- had I been allow to attend P/F Service Day

 


  1. I watched a video from last Saturday. It seems the blades have at least two modes, is that correct?
  2. I watched a LAPD helicopter ride-along video and the pilot had a Red Bull energy drink next to him. Do any if you drink energy drinks while 10-8?
  3. Does the 520 have a/c or heat?
  4. What do you like better ... TFO or Piloting?
  5. Do any of you miss ground patrol?
  6. So often I see police 10-7 together. Do any of you miss that from ground patrol?
  7. I came across, yesterday, a police pilot blog. Do you read other materials from other police pilots, helicopter magazines, etc? The Rotor Break
  8. I see bus drivers and other police agencies wave to each other. Have you ever acknowledged any other police helicopters up there?
  9. Did you have a desire to fly at a young age or after you became an officer?
  10. Do you enjoy the freedom of not being waved down by John Q. Public?
  11. How are police agencies dealing with gas prices?
  12. Do you own any Boeing stock? Boeing Stock 
  13. What do you do when it rains?
  14. Did any of you run the B2V?
  15. Do you attend roll call for BPD, GPD or have your own?
  16. Do you more or less know what you'll do from day to day, i.e. patrol or is everyday different?
